IN PREPARING this second edition the opportunity has been taken to enlarge the Commonwealth section and to revise and amplify the catalogue throughout. This guide for the collector, the first to be solely devoted to the Crown Piece, is ideal for the beginner starting a collection but includes enough detail to satisfy the advanced collector. There is a section dealing with Commonwealth pieces of similar size to British Crowns, which are of particular interest to many collectors.
